6. Professional Responsibility

WayCivil's AI-powered reviews are designed to assist professional engineers and reviewers. Our service does not replace professional engineering judgment, and users remain solely responsible for all engineering decisions and compliance with applicable codes and standards.

7. Subscription and Payment

Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay all applicable fees as described in your selected plan
  • Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • Our right to modify pricing with 30 days notice

8. Limitation of Liability
